The new US team has been building for quite some time, since 2008, when they were announced back in 2013. And this is when it really came together. The athletes and coaches, the sponsors and everyone involved were all aligned and the team has had their eye on this thing all along, Nataliya Kuznetsova. It's been a long road back from the past, and I'm sure everyone here is very excited to be competing in this division that they can claim as their own. The most recent feedback I got was from a guy who put on 5lbs muscle and lost 10lbs fat in his first 8 weekson the program.
